Our Ported LS7 Cylinder Head Package begins with the disassembly of your LS7 Cylinder Heads. We’ll then bead-blast and clean them, followed by deburring any rough edges. Next, we will install extended manganese bronzanium 90 guides for added durability.
Next, we’ll take your OEM LS7 Titanium Intake Valves, inspect them, and then reapply their crucial coating – restoring their silky smooth valve action. If your valves have been damaged, or you just want them replaced, we offer replacement OEM LS7 Titanium Intake Valves. Next up, we offer a couple options for your exhaust valves from Ferrea (depending on NA or forced induction build).
Of course, a cylinder head package wouldn’t be complete without our CNC porting using GPI’s hand-developed port program!
The port and chambers are carefully designed to provide the best combination of high flow capabilities and improved port velocity. This combination provides excellent horsepower gains while maintaining a strong torque curve. GPI’s LS7 cylinder heads are CNC ported in house to insure that exact tolerances are maintained.

I have no hesitation to drive this car anywhere and never feel like I’ve asked you build something for my ego. I know the reliability is increased and the car is a lot more fun to drive.
I love higher HP cars but you well know that wasn’t my goal for this one. I think anyone that wants to fix the head issue and enhance the car while in there for daily driving, will love this package. Couple that with service and relationship experience you bring and I suspect there a lot of people like myself that would gladly pay for this if we truly knew beyond the shadow of a doubt what we’d be getting.
