    I'm a Full time student I'm only 19 and work part time while paying bills and i got a 2011 cts v supercharged and i been wanting to get performance parts to beat my dad's 2019 Hellcat challenger because he keeps talking bad about my Cadillac and i want to prove him wrong and show him the real LSA power and calm down his little kitty!!     A Unfortunately we can't ship any parts that aren't CARB complaint to the state of CA
