If my 'math' is correct, can't this crank (3.860" Stroke) + 6.200" LS Rods be used with off-the-shelf 'LT1/LT4' Pistons with a Compression Height the exact same as you would use with a 4.00" Crank and 6.125" Rods in a stock 9.240" block ?

Read more answer nowAsked by Allan on August 25, 2022 2:54 pmA I'm not sure to be honest with youA Dang, that’s a good idea… 1.115 compression height of pistons used with 4 inch stroke and 6.125 rods + 6.200 rods + (3.86/2) = 9.245. So the pistons would protrude from the block only 0.005” on a 9.240 deck height block.A The same 1.115" piston with the 3.86/6.200 combo would be .005" higher in relation to the deck than the 4.0/6.125 combo
