Description
The out of the box MSD runners and port alignment leaves a lot to be desired. We port the entry transition from the throttle body flange to the plenum, as well as the manifold runners. The manifold is completely disassembled for this. Runner Taper is verified and any casting flaws from the manifold production are removed.
*We recommend taking the top off the intake, clean thoroughly, and test fit on your engine to validate port alignment prior to final installation *

Read more answer nowAsked by on March 13, 2023 12:51 amA Haven't ran one of these manifolds with forced induction but I would recommend not having it ported to be on the safe side and lead times change, I would call in and ask for Zacc ext 5001 he handles all of the manifold porting questions

I have been throwing the idea of porting my MSD Intake for awhile, but trying to see if its worth the money. I currently have a A&A TI supercharger along with headers Katech ported throttle body and I just installed Z06 Fuel Pump and Injectors. Do you think there would be enough gain based on the cost of porting or should I just focus on fuel?

The gains on a forced induction are not as noticeable as if it was on an N/A set up.
