Compatible with: 2016-2024 Camaro SS/ZL1, 2014-2019 Corvette Stingray/Z06, 2016-2019 Cadillac CTS-V, and 2014-2018 GM Trucks (V8 Models)

Engineered in-house by our calibration team, this advanced 2-Step Launch RPM Limiter patch unlocks launch control functionality that does not exist from the factory for Gen V LT-powered platforms equipped with E92 or E92A ECMs. This is a standalone custom patch service and does not require an existing Gwatney Performance tune.

Unlike external 2-step boxes (such as MSD or Lingenfelter units), this system is a software-only solution — there is no external hardware to install, wire, or worry about failing. Zero labor beyond flashing a file. Our system uses fuel cutoff for that aggressive launch feel with pops and bangs, and can also limit smoothly via throttle control (the ECM holds the throttle at the position needed to maintain your desired RPM setpoint while your foot stays on the floor).

• Pedal-activated system — works with clutch pedal (manual) or brake pedal (automatic)
• Armed by pressing the pedal beyond the activation threshold (fully calibratable) AND pushing/releasing the Cruise Set button (cruise does not need to be turned on)
• Limiter stays active until pedal position drops below the configured threshold
• Up to 3 user-configurable RPM limiter set points tied to drive modes (Tour, Sport, Track for cars; Normal, Tow/Haul, Grade Brake Disabled for trucks)
• Full user control over RPM set points and pedal thresholds via HP Tuners User Defined Parameters
• Compatible with E92 and E92A ECMs on Camaro, Corvette, CTS-V, and Truck platforms
• Standalone service — no existing Gwatney Performance tune required
• Each patch is verified against your specific OS ID for safe, accurate application

How It Works

After purchase, email your current calibration file to [email protected] with your Order number as the email subject. Our calibration team will verify your operating system ID and mod your file. Turnaround times typically similar to remote tuning times unless the Operating System your ECM uses has not been mapped by us yet.
