All tuning at Gwatney Performance Innovation is performed by one of our calibration experts. We have tuned literally thousands of LSx / LTx based cars that range from stock and basic bolt-on cars, to 1000+ rwhp turbo and supercharged builds. I just finished a build with the following mods. GCI was recommended to me as the best company to work with remotely to tune the car. 2007 Corvette Base Model Everything that is not mentioned is stock LS2 Summit Racing Pro LS Camshaft SUM-8707R1 823 LS Heads - Stock LS3 FAST 102 Intake - The intake was ported by GCI 102 Throttle Body - I don't know the brand 80lb Fuel Injectors BTR V2 Trunnion Kit Cloyes 9-3672TX3 Timing Kit Improved Racing Product CCS-GM-101 Oil Catch Can Logn tube Headers X-Pipe I am in Indiana and just want to make sure I have the right partner to tune my car remotely. I will need to buy the equipment required to tune it. Thanks in advance for your response and guidance.

I have a 2013 Camaro SS 6 speed manual LS3 with 2.9 whipple, injectors, forged internals, wiseco pistons, btr cam I am about 4 hours away from you. The car made 740 whp on 93 on the prior tune but the guy that sold it to me had it tuned down and it made 596 on E50. Would it be worth it to drive the 4 hours or would you suggest I do a remote tune? You guys have the best reputation for 5th gens out there.

I have a 2015 Gmc sierra that was swapped from a v6 to v8(5.3) with the GPI stage 3 cam kit. A shop in Houston tunned it with the v6 computer everything is running good maybe a little rich, but the cam chopped way more before it was tunned by any chance if I were to get a retune could we take a look and see if we can get more chop sound?

Read more answer nowAsked by on September 17, 2025 9:49 amA I tune for correct idle airflow, idle speed, accurate fueling, and normal idle timing. Not really so much for sound. The cam makes the sound it makes. I don't make the tuneup poor in favor of idle sound.

I just bought my stage 1 vvt cam and other parts from your shop. It’s in a 2007 Escalade. Along with the cam it just has a Volant cold air filter. How much will a tune cost and I also need to buy the tuner. Thanks Chuck

Kevin was awesome getting me set up for my street tune and Ben really woke my 17 Camaro SS. Definitely wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
The best
I have watched a lot of tunes on Dynos but Ben is still the King of Tunes in my book. As soon as I can I’m coming back for more updates. I have had two tuners look at my tune and said it was the best they have seen. When I had my headers installed later their tuner was immediately impressed lol.

This would really be more like a 4.5. If your thinking about it you should do it. I have a 2015 gmc Denali crew cab 1500 with 35,s. Made an awesome difference. Smoother shift points. Easier highway driving. And got rid of that darn v4 mode that gave it such a lag.
